Each week we have different selections plus we always have our House Special.

 

 

 

PLEASANT BAY – RHODE ISLAND

These oysters are harvested from Pleasant bay a large

body ofwater located on the ocean side of Cape Cod. Taking approximately

3 years to mature, they have a salty flavor that is clean and crisp.

 

BLUE POINT – LONG ISLAND SOUND

These oysters are from the Great South Bay in Long Island

Sound. They are juicy and briny with a firm plump meat and

a clean finish.

These oysters have a hearty flavor oyster meat

set in a mild oyster liquor. They are most flavorful during
